Excitement is at its peak at Peralta Racing Team as we prepare to participate in the 2023 edition of La Carrera Panamericana, an event that embodies a passion for speed, automotive prowess, and a rich and exciting history. From October 13 to 19, we will be at the starting line for this world-class sporting event. To understand the magnitude of our pride and anticipation, it is essential to look back at the history of La Carrera Panamericana. This event, initially known as "The Mexican Road Race", quickly gained a reputation as one of the largest and longest-running rallies in the world. In its first editions between 1950 and 1954, the competition attracted prominent drivers and renowned brands, from Ferrari and Lancia to Ford and Oldsmobile. The old stage of La Carrera Panamericana was interrupted in 1954 for safety reasons after the tragic incident at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1955. However, the flame of the competition was rekindled in 1988 with the start of the modern stage, the which has continued without interruption to this day. At Peralta Racing Team, we are proud to participate in this competition with our iconic Lancia 037. This vehicle represents years of dedication, effort and passion for motorsports. We are determined to maintain our legacy and succeed, as we do year after year in La Carrera Panamericana. Our team is completely focused on preparation, tuning and strategy to ensure we are in the best position to meet the challenges of the route and achieve our goals. Adrenaline and excitement are running high as we approach the departure date. The 2023 Carrera Panamericana will be an unforgettable experience for all of us at Peralta Racing Team. We are ready to face every curve, every stretch of road and every moment of this exciting competition. Together, we will move forward with determination and passion, ready to leave our mark on the history of La Carrera Panamericana. Let the race begin!
